How Truck Mitra works

From posting a load to final payment — here is the entire journey, step by step.

Step 1 — Register and verify

Sign up with your mobile number and complete KYC. Transporters submit PAN and business details; owners add RC and insurance for each truck; drivers add their DL. Verification is usually completed within a few hours.

Step 2 — Post your load

Enter pickup and drop locations, material type, weight, the truck type you need, and your expected rate. The load goes live to matching trucks immediately — the whole process takes about 30 seconds.

Step 3 — Receive and compare bids

Verified truck owners place their bids. For each one you can see the quoted rate, the owner's rating, completed trip count and estimated arrival time. Compare and pick what suits you — cheapest is not always fastest.

Step 4 — Confirm the booking

Accept a bid and the trip is confirmed. Both sides get contact details, and a digital trip sheet is generated with all agreed terms recorded.

Step 5 — Track the trip live

Follow the truck on a live map from pickup to delivery. Geofence alerts notify you automatically when the truck reaches or leaves key points, and ETAs update continuously.

Step 6 — Confirm delivery

At the drop point, the receiver shares an OTP that the driver enters to confirm delivery. This creates a tamper-proof delivery record for both parties.

Step 7 — Payment and invoice

Payment is released from the wallet as soon as delivery is confirmed, and a GST-compliant e-invoice is generated automatically. Owners can withdraw to their bank account at any time.
